Hands down (no pun intended, lol) CROCHET πŸ§Άβ€¦..my go-to natural tranquilizer ….works every time.

And the best part is I give away everything I create which makes me so happy πŸ‘ŒπŸ»

Crocheting while watching a good streaming British mystery one of my β€œbliss” 😊

Also, sitting outside with the feral cats who often come to visit us πŸˆβ˜€οΈπŸˆβ€β¬› Just watching them delights me πŸ₯°

Excellent graphic. I am saving it in my phone for reference. To feel better--I take bike ride in nature on a river trail near my house--headed out right now. Even with an air quality alert--(will wear an N95 mask to filter the smoke. ) very smoky in Wis from Canada fires.

Glad you can still ride in the smoke!

Wonderful .... for me walking amongst the huge Sugar Maples and Oak trees in Southeastern Ontario (Canada) . They provide great shade and breeze. So green and refreshing and alive!! Also saying hello to all my dog friends along the country road. Joanne Snyder
