Rafter Digest (published every Saturday) is one of the newsletters of The Raft, the online community of author Phyllis Cole-Dai. We Rafters ride the river of life buoyed by music, poetry, and other arts, along with open spiritual practice. Most everything here is free, but patrons (paid subscribers) get some special perks as a gesture of gratitude.

Poetry Pick-Me-Up wasn’t held this week due to my mother’s illness. In my scramble to get on the road to my mother’s bedside, I was unable to make adequate preparations for the group to gather online without me. My regrets, but I know you’ll understand. I look forward to this week’s PPMU, which I’ll host from temporary digs in Maryland.
