Try and take my name and family tree 

You could take away all my freedom 
Make me listen to all your preaching 
Even try and make me bend the knee 
There's one thing you can never take from me 

I got imagination
Always got something on my mind

Never know what good trouble I might find

They can take away all your holidays 
Try and make you regret your résumé 
Make you believe lies you know ain't true 
They can work you till your fingers bleed 
Till you're low on time and low on sleep
'Cause hard times can break your point of view 
There's one thing they can never take from you

We're a frame in someone's memory

When we're lost in translation
Feels like we might get left behind
