Morley

Little bird on high, you are wise
Will this be where my old self dies and I begin again?
Falling leaf, catch the sun
Catch my breath on the run
I’m trying to begin again
Stunned and flushed
Hot and rushed
Peering like frantic crows
Will I be the one to go begin again?
Hard and fast
In a spin
I hear the voice deep within
Say “child, this is the place to begin again”
