BEGIN AGAIN Morley Little bird on high, you are wise Will this be where my old self dies and I begin again? Falling leaf, catch the sun Catch my breath on the run I’m trying to begin again Stunned and flushed Hot and rushed Peering like frantic crows Will I be the one to go begin again? Hard and fast In a spin I hear the voice deep within Say “child, this is the place to begin again” Refrain: For it won’t be long Before too long Green light flashes bright and strong No, it won’t be long Before too long I want to be there when the light The light comes on Eyes that stare to compare Look but never find me there I’m gone into the new Begin again Open road, palm to dust I will do what I must For I will To begin again Freedom dance Ride the wind See the wingspan of all that’s been Surely I will To begin again Refrain By force, heat, might We drive towards the light (2x) By feel and by calm I drive into the light To begin again
(My thanks to Morley.)

Beautiful song, and ince again youve introduced me to a musician to appreciate! And this is one of my favorite of John O'Donohue's blessings. With gratitude as we begin again...❤️
Good mantra for 2025: “ By feel and by calm. I drive into the light. To begin again”
