As suggested by
at, try this simple practice when you’re stressed in order to move through your sense of annoyance, upset, frustration, anxiety, or fear. Maybe even try it right now! (Of course, adapt as needed for your own body.)Stand up, and shake your hands like you’re flicking water off your fingers. Expand that to your arms so you’re shaking them too. Stand on one leg and kick out the other one, swapping from one leg to another. Jump up and down on the spot, lift and drop your shoulders, hop from side to side, swivel your hips around, shake your head—whatever feels like moving your whole body. You don’t have to do it for long, you don’t have to be super vigorous, just shake out your limbs and shake off the stress . . .
Now, how do you feel?
In a word, let stress be your excuse to DANCE!

This is great...Dancing really helps lift my spirit and this is a good way to start! I notice you gave a little warning about not overdoing it. Shaking really is very intense for our bodies so start slow and easy or you may get pretty sore if you don't dance regularly...so the solution is to dance regularl..or at least often!!
I remember once taking the cue from my dogs. I wondered how it would feel to just really shake in the morning when I got up. It was great! So, this advice is also very good. I'll be shaking in the kitchen after my next work call....
