I like the poet's "tryna keep up with the changes" because I don't know that we are always aware of the changes that occur within us as a result of the changes that occur around us. HMMM...
Maybe one way to "keep up" is to "let go" of "tryna keep up" and just RIDE . . .
Now that sounds good to me😊
