Love this: …….”always pulling me in to cavort with them” 😄

I think we could all use a little “cavorting” these days, don’t you? 🙏

Honestly, that broke my heart. It took a turn from the familiar feeling of joy you get watching otters at play. Who doesn't know that feeling? Then, I felt such a sense of loneliness and being left out....it's such a poignant reminder to be inclusive.

Yes, a reminder—which we all need once in a while!

This absolutely thrilled me to the core! I took ASL classes years ago, never becoming proficient, but I love watching the images and getting the “feel” without using words. The ASL gloss that was offered verbally while the poet was signing just about knocked me over: YES! YES!

I am a word person (also prone to wordiness, truth be told), but seeing and experiencing this kind of direct communication, especially with the addition of such elemental words, had me jumping up and down.

Your enthusiasm for it has ME "jumping up and down"! The ASL gloss certainly brings a new dimension, doesn't it?
