I needed this to quiet my angry and frustrated self. With this and some quiet breathing, I am close to calm and acceptance. I did join the Raft, and have not contributed anything. Yet. I'm again starting to play my violin and viola, so might motivate myself to create a short video or "tape?" as motivation to practice.
