I have to think about what I might have “hanging from my tree” :))

I really needed to hear this again. Had a couple submissions rejected in the last two weeks. Thought maybe I’d stop

Writing. Do something else. You perked me up today. Oh this amazing up and down creative life. 😄

If you ever stop writing, I'll fly to your window and sing till you start again. DO NOT LET GATEKEEPERS CLOSE YOUR GATE. (Pleez.)

This is me!!! I have realized for some time now that the act of designing and creating is quite often more important to me than the end product. Thus, I sometimes don't finish the project, as when I have "gotten it" ( figured out the process that works best) it is finished, it is enough and time to move on:) Cooking is the exception, since when I create food, I want to consume every yummy bite Lol I moved recently from a home of 30+ years, and I found quite a number of unfinished quilting projects. I figured out the process and moved on to another adventure.

These days, though, I am doing visual art in multiple mediums, and I am compelled to finish them for the most part... that's progress! The process of designing is still my favorite element though:)

Oh, I SO hear you, Teresa! And it sounds like you have a very rich "process" life!

THIS is a fantastic provocative piece... inviting me to investigate

my own "creative energy" and "processes" in my own life.

Thank you Thank you Phyllis.

This piece is going into my "seeds of inspiration" folder.

Fantastic, as usual. sending smiles g e r i
