The idea of intention - I remember a Lent project where we were asked to write down something that we found amazing every day. It became obvious that on even the worst days, I could write down one thing that I had found wonderful. It became a habit of intention for me - at least one thing that I marvel at every day. It keeps me always looking !
When I thought about these words l was filled with a huge thankfulness. And later, when l came home after a walk with my dog, I felt welcomed by my apartment. As if it said: Good you are home again.
I wonder at my own power, once I decide to move or do. Normally I stay off the computer on the weekends, but I'm being led to some action in my own life and I'm amazed at the quiet and the momentum I feel gathering. There is almost always blue, blue sky out my office window and endless music from my streaming platform that helps me focus and turn inward when the sparks to create are firing.
I simply love this quote 👌🏻 And our thoughts create the screenplay of our day…we create our own magic 🪄To look with eyes of wonder 🌈
The morning sun streaming in and setting aglow my lover’s face.
precious
The perfect calm as I look out. Trees still, leaves on the ground at rest
