Oh, Nolcha, I celebrate this discovery with you! And I wonder how many of us could fill in the blank: "I don't need therapy. I just need a _____ life." ("Quiet" would probably work for many of us!)

We can change our minds, deeply, if we learn to step away from fixed notions and reactive emotions. We can become calmer and more compassionate even as things fall apart.
