I “lean in” by shining light & focusing on the good that still exists in the present state of our planet. Otherwise I get overwhelmed & dragged down by the multitudes of challenges we are faced with worldwide.
I'm not sure what this means exactly but I try to lean into my flaws, I think? I work on making myself better which in turns is more productive, more efficient, more relaxed more generous or more protective depending on the situation that presents itself.
It is exciting to lean in to new ways of being alive. I feared there was something wrong with me. I never arrived. I felt incomplete and disconnected. All of this a facet of my being human. I was told or so I heard I needed to be perfect and go along. Not now. I lean into reality. It might not appear to be what I had hoped, but it is on its way through chaos into creativity. I lean into acceptance that my so called flawed self along with yours will make what can't be imagined. Life is more exciting now.
"Leaning into acceptance" can be so empowering! It is a moment-by-moment practice. And accepting ourselves can be as difficult as accepting "reality." Quite the adventure!

Leaning in with you, Mish!

There's no "exactly." Thank you for sharing what this might mean FOR YOU! And I'm leaning in with you!
