I'm still in the clouds after the wonderful gathering last night. It was amazing to get to hear Judyth's stories about the poem, "Wage Peace" and hear her ideas and approaches to her writing. In college, I studied literature and poetry and it was mostly, um, dead folks. It is a pleasure to have access to LIVING, BREATHING poets who are just such special messengers and truth tellers. So humbled to be in this group and to share the journey and love of poetry and, I believe, arts in general.
I had such fun last night! I vote for MORE MYSTERY GUESTS! (Do I get a vote?!) Anyway, I'm so glad you were with us, Karen. Your presence is always invigorating! TO LIFE—a creative practice!
I believe, in fact, that you're the only one whose vote actually counts! LOL! I'm sure everyone else would love more mystery guests, though. Including me.
