Re: Ferwa’s mention of a sound bath; years ago I went to a drum making workshop and after our drums were finished (dried etc) we had a drum circle and then did a “drum wash” for each other. We let the drum vibrations wash up and down our bodies lying on the floor. It was also an amazing experience. Thank you for another excellent CC!
