discover fifteen life-enhancing gifts that the practice bestows
learn the therapeutic advantages of putting pen to paper
explore how gratitude allows you to embrace fear as a teacher
You’ll also walk away from this workshop with an amazing “toolkit” of resources through which to further develop your gratitude journaling practice.
About Myrtle
Having retired after thirty-five years of community-based and public health service, Myrtle Russell recently created The small change Toolkit, a set of transformational tools to help you build and maintain a consciousness of health, one small change at a time. Gratitude journaling is the most powerful tool in her toolkit.
Myrtle has published six books. The first two were co-written with her son Cameron, a professional trainer and coach. The Stroke That Touched My Heart, one of two books that Myrtle co-authored with her daughter Mia—a nurse, seven-year stroke survivor, and avid one-hand crocheter—chronicles their stories of triumph over tragedy.
Myrtle enjoys learning, sharing what she knows through workshops, writing her small change blog, and crocheting with Mia. Learn more at her website.
