Staying Power #167: A Flash-Ask Riff

Today I’m trying a “riff”—an unrehearsed, quiet musing out loud—based on Rafter questions submitted in a “flash ask” this past week. Such fun!

Thanks to everyone who submitted questions, which ranged from the humorous to the serious. Unfortunately, in trying to limit my riff to ten minutes, I could only respond to a few of them. (I actually blew past ten minutes to fifteen.) I promise to get to the remaining questions in a future riff.
