In this gathering, Diana will lead you through a short meditative breath and movement session intended to connect your HeartMind and Creative Centers, relaxing your body so you can become aware of your creative ideas. No prior experience with Qigong is necessary to participate.
Diana will begin with a short but gentle waking up of the body, then lead you in a set of calming moves to release the stagnations that keep your energy from flowing. Following that, she’ll help you wake, cleanse, and connect each of the three major centers in your body that are involved with your creativity.
Diana will then close the session with a very short meditation, balancing the yang activity of the Qigong with the yin activity of quiet and stillness.
Around 50 minutes of the hour will be devoted to Qigong practice and the closing meditation. The remaining time will allow for questions and discussion.
Can't make it "live"? A video recording will be made available to all registrants.
