The Raft is my gift to you. I’m so glad you’re here!
If you appreciate my offerings, please consider supporting my work by becoming a patron (paid subscriber).
This week’s big announcements
I’m finally home!
My three weeks of travel were rich but demanding on the heart. I’m settling back into my studio more slowly than usual after a time away.
If you emailed or posted comments while I was gone, I promise to respond as soon as possible. I’m grateful for your presence in my life.
You asked for it!
Some Rafters have requested a convenient way to make a one-time financial contribution to The Raft in an amount of their own choosing (instead of signing up for the usual monthly or annual subscription).
You may now do so via PayPal, Venmo, or debit/credit card, using either your computer or mobile app.
Upon being notified of your contribution, I’ll change your Rafter membership from free to paid. You’ll then enjoy the modest but heartfelt perks of paid membership for a period of time that corresponds to the usual Raft subscription model. For example, if you give a one-time donation of $50, I’ll give you a year’s paid subscription. If you give $5, I’ll give you a month’s. If you give a dollar, I’ll give you a month’s, too.
Make sense? If you have questions or other suggestions, please contact me.
Please know that I deeply value your presence on The Raft, whether or not you ever make a contribution. But it’s true that Rafter gifts, in any amount, assist me in paying my bills as an independent writer. I’m grateful for each contribution and use it with care.
