I learned to find my inner voice again- it has been stifled in the last months due to lots of circumstances beyond my control. I have composed Centos before, but never in this way or from such a large work full of so much potential! I found this way of working very interesting and full of play and just a relaxing and fun way of working on a poem. I am interested to see if I can create poems in this fashion from my own sentences...future projects! Thank you Phyllis for such an amazing book as well - this brought such joy over the month.
I learned that this is probably not my thing. I also learned that I needed to make it first person or it just didn't seem to want to happen.
